Seating Area with Iconic Italian Design

In the seating area, comfort and style are combined with the iconic Maralunga sofa by Cassina, designed by the master Vico Magistretti. Upholstered in soft white fabric, this sofa is known for its innovative adjustable backrest and exceptional seating comfort. Additionally, the Grand Repos lounge chair by Vitra, a design by master Antonio Citterio, adds a touch of refinement. Citterio’s vision of design – functional and elegant with an Italian character – is perfectly reflected here. The chair, made from natural cognac leather, creates a beautiful contrast with the soft white sofa.

The seating area is further accentuated with a warm rug and two feel-good armchairs, accompanied by a small table that invites a cozy coffee moment. The central fire element in the living room, which also functions as a bench, creates a warm, homely atmosphere and enhances the sense of harmony. Cleverly hidden technical features in the ceiling contribute to the sleek, minimalist character of the penthouse.

Comfortable, Minimalist Dining Room

The dining room exudes simplicity and functionality with the Slim table from Arco, designed by master Bertjan Pot, a paragon of minimalist design that perfectly aligns with the architectural style of Bar’ Lo. The table is paired with comfortable chairs from Arco, creating a balanced and soothing whole.

Next to the kitchen, an additional seating area has been created with the elegant 369 armchairs from Walter Knoll, upholstered in dark blue velvet that exudes subtle luxury. In the kitchen itself, red chairs around a second Slim table from Arco add a playful pop of color, breaking the minimalist palette in a surprising way.
