For the delivery and installation of large projects, Master Groep relies on its specialized staff. “Our logistics manager first conducts a site visit,” explains Goele. “The development or supplementation of the prevention plan is handled by our internal safety advisor. Our experienced installers take care of the setup and are also trained to perform maintenance and certain repairs.”
Each delivered item comes with an instruction manual, which can also be provided digitally. “We are happy to offer guidance during installation, showing users how the new items work. For example, in the town hall, this includes adjusting height-adjustable tables and office chairs to ensure they are used as comfortably and efficiently as possible.”
Service, even after the sale.
Our 8-year after-sales service is not just an empty slogan. “Reorders or repairs are followed up by the customer service department of Master Meubel,” says Goele. “They have a direct line with our suppliers and interior designers. Our skilled installers and drivers ensure that repairs are made on-site within 3 working days. Additionally, we have experienced staff in our own upholstery workshop, furniture workshop, and curtain workshop.”
Master Groep offers a 3-year stain guarantee for upholstered furniture. These are treated with a special product. If any stubborn stains occur, we remove them on-site. “Certain items, especially office chairs, are kept in limited stock by us. These can be quickly delivered upon request. What is not in stock is immediately ordered and delivered as quickly as possible. In other words, as a customer, you are always assured of the best service, even after the sale.”
