I have been pleasantly surprised by the accessibility of the people behind the scenes (upholsterer, product designer, and seamstress) and especially the time that was dedicated to finding a solution based on my own ideas. They listen to the customer here to arrive at a tailored solution. The end result of the reupholstering of the chairs is impressive!

Keep up the great work. We have noticed for years that the interior architects are approachable and easy to communicate with. Very pleasant, nice to interact with, and knowledgeable.

The Edra sofa was still very beautiful after 13 years of use but needed some refilling. This was done perfectly, and the communication with Elise was excellent—clear, to the point, and very polite. Both the pickup and delivery of the sofa were carried out exactly as agreed and scheduled to the minute!

Very warm welcome. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. I was offered a coffee and guided through the use of the app.
The app works very well, with fast product scanning. Beautiful product selection and presentation—items I haven’t seen in any other interior store, such as a partition with woven leather. The furniture choices and color selection in the showroom are surprising, different from most interior stores where beige, brown, black, and white dominate.
I also appreciated the vintage chair collection that is not for sale. The owners clearly have a passion for their craft.
