“Outside, the swimming pool takes centre stage, so it also served as the starting point for the colours. As a warm accent to the concrete terrace, we chose the square wooden Sunset table by Paola Lenti with Toy chairs by Driade.”

Timeless classics in the kitchen, playfulness in the dining area
“In the kitchen we placed a round Saarinen table by Knoll, so the whole family can sit around it and eat together. The table, with a white laminate top, we paired with another timeless classic: the 3107 chair by Fritz Hansen, in black ash.”
Desk chairs with an accent colour
“For the desk chairs we chose Hay About a Chair shell chairs, each with a different accent colour. In the study, that means a fabric-lined inner shell. The result is not a cold office chair but a welcoming seat. On the sleek white children’s desk chairs, we added a Little Mr Teddy cushion by Ferm Living.”
Accessories make it complete
“With the right accessories you can dress a space beautifully. In the dining area we placed a plywood tray designed by Alvar Aalto for Iittala. The three Ferm Living Wire Baskets are ideal for storing things like toys, throws and books.”
“The Eames Elephant by Vitra points the way to the landing where the children’s rooms are. And in the dressing room, the versatile Kaleido trays by Hay make a handy organiser for jewellery.”
