Bespoke interior design
This interior was designed by Master interior designer Eric Baeken and architect Roos Blower. Together with the client, they look for the best combinations. We never rush these decisions. We talk things through on site, we visit the showroom together, and we bring furniture to the house so it can be tried out.
No effort is too much when it comes to finding the perfect piece for your home with you. The collaboration grows naturally from there. Master Interior also made the curtains for this house and supplied furniture for the owners’ business and for their children’s student digs.

An elegant living room
Elegance is the watchword in the seating area. Thanks to its light base, the Flexform Soft Dream sofa by Antonio Citterio seems to float just above the floor. This is a soft sofa, made for drifting off in. The Fritz Hansen PK22 armchairs are a perfect match, with their fine metalwork and elegance walnut leather finish. The side table is by B&B Italia, and the solid oak BEAM coffee table is by Van Rossum.
Furnishing the kitchen
In the kitchen too, the choice fell on a solid oak table by Van Rossum, the YOU. Around it stand MDF Italia Flow Chairs. The lighting comes from several lamps in the collection of the eccentric brand Tom Dixon. At the kitchen island there are a number of bar stools by Hay. The MDF Italia Flow Chairs make the link with the dining area right next to it. The chairs around the classic Saarinen Tulip table by Knoll have a matching tulip base.
Furnishing with echoes and contrasts
The other rooms of this striking house were furnished after thorough discussion between Eric, Roos and the clients as well. There is of course no better armchair for enjoying live piano music than the Eames Lounge Chair. And in the separate television corner, the yellow B&B Italia Tufty Time sofa by Patricia Urquiola contrasts beautifully with the dark walls. The colour also complements the contemporary paintings on the wall.
