The design process with Master
Master interior architect Glenn made the first contact with these clients in our showroom. “The client’s parents had been customers of ours for many years,” says Glenn. “They recently renovated a house nearby. The couple came to us for the design of their dining room and living room. During the first meeting, accompanied by their architect, there was an immediate connection.”
During a walk through the showroom, Glenn got to know the clients’ taste. “Based on that, I created a 3D design for the interiors. This was discussed several times, both with the clients in the showroom and during site meetings with the people from Architects in Motion, the Turnhout-based firm that also designed our new building.”
Functional dining room
In the dining room, the Arco Spazio table in dark oak, designed by Willem van Ast, was chosen. It is accompanied by Gubi Beetle Chairs, whose elegant design is inspired by insects. “The clients had fallen in love with a Glo luster from Penta,” says Glenn. “In the meantime, we also have products from that Italian brand in our showroom.” The dining room is finished with two beige poufs from Poliform and a Jan console from Molteni.
Green living room
The basic elements in this seating area, the Flexform Soft Dream sofa and the Class rug by JOV, are softly toned and thus neutral. “We broke this up by bringing the green shades from the garden inside,” explains Glenn. “The two retro Maxalto Febo armchairs and the turquoise Cassina P22 grand armchair are great examples of this.” The reading lamp is the Topoled from the Swiss brand Baltensweiler, and the coffee tables come from the Fly collection by Flexform. Finally, visitors are welcomed in the hallway by one of the Climbers from Gutzz.
