Master Interior Consultancy is a guidance program toward the perfect office design, followed by the realization of the professional workspace of your dreams. “The process takes place in several steps,” explains Goele from Master Meubel. “During an initial meeting, we share general information. This helps us understand the office building and the number of employees.”

Next, Master Meubel organizes a workshop with the business owners and employees. “In this session, we use tasks to find answers to several questions. What is the identity of the company? Where do they want to go, who do they want to reach, what do they want to project? The mood board that emerges forms the foundation for the interior design.”

The Herentals-based company Uncanny, which creates visual content such as videos, animations, and 3D graphics, joined the Master Interior Consultancy journey for their new office. “We are certainly not heroes in interior design,” laughs managing partner Jeff Luyten. “The workshop with Goele helped us translate our personality into our interior. It became a reflection of who we are.”

More than just advice

In the next step of the process, Master Meubel and the company work together on the office floor plan. Together, they assess where all the facilities will be placed. “Unconsciously, you know where the needs lie, but in the workshop, they really come to the forefront,” says Jeff. “For example, we have a dedicated space for testing VR experiences and a workbench for maintaining our hardware. We chose an open concept, so the dynamics within Uncanny flow optimally throughout the office.”

Based on the results of the workshop, a customized plan and 3D visuals are created. After consultation with the client, an offer is made, and upon approval, the interior installation takes place. “Of course, we provide advice but we do more than that,” explains Goele. “We offer consulting and planning services. It’s a lot of fun to use our expertise in this process. Ultimately, it’s not just about creating a great workspace but also about the image it projects to your clients and fostering employee engagement. Employees are happier working in a place they are proud of.” This last part was certainly a success for Uncanny.
